When you submit a non-binding quote request via 'Build Your Pack' or the contact form, we process your artist/company name, email address, target links (for NFC/QR programming), selected quantities, and uploaded artwork files solely for pre-contractual quote preparation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Security measures: Uploaded artwork files are validated by MIME/header inspection, restricted to 10MB, renamed with cryptographic hashes, and stored outside public web directories with restricted permissions.

3. Hosting & Anti-Spam Protection (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

To provide this website securely and protect our studio upload endpoint against automated spam and denial-of-service attacks, server connection logs and a transient rate limiter with a truncated SHA-256 hash of the request IP are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability (contact: Printbermuda@gmail.com).
